Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise solutions across the Atlassian platform for Product Creation and Industrialization.
- Configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, and related workflows, schemes, automations, forms, and SLAs.
- Administer Atlassian Cloud permissions, provisioning, guardrails, audits, operating models, and platform hygiene.
- Develop and maintain Forge apps, REST/GraphQL API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven extensions with error handling, monitoring, and supportability.
- Launch and govern AI-powered workflows using Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo and GitHub Copilot.
- Establish scalable standards and governance for work-management platforms and toolchain integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI or Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Atlassian Cloud tools including Jira and Confluence, with deep expertise in at least one major Atlassian service area.
- At least 5 years of integration engineering experience involving REST APIs, preferably GraphQL, webhooks, events, synchronization patterns, error handling, monitoring, and observability.
- At least 3 years of scripting and automation experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- At least 3 years of hands-on AI enablement experience with Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools, including governance and access controls.
- Experience with enterprise identity and security concepts including SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, and least-privilege design.
- Experience with Jama, Polarion, or PTC Codebeamer and understanding of requirements traceability.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, DX or Developer Intelligence Platform experience, Atlassian Cloud migrations, JSM service-management design, Forge, Compass, GitHub, developer portals, service catalogs, toolchain integration, and data pipelines or analytics.
