Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, integration, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality expectations.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless integration and deployment.
- Gather customer requirements and independently plan, design, implement, test, and document Coupa integration solutions.
- Customize and configure Coupa applications according to business requirements.
- Architect and implement data models and integration frameworks between ERP systems and Coupa modules.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and resolve technical challenges affecting multiple teams and systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Coupa is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Coupa is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns is required.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams on complex projects is required.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges spanning multiple teams and systems is required.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable system design is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
