Base Salary
$141k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, high-impact features across Procore’s iOS applications.
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions with Staff engineers and the Engineering Manager.
- Identify technical issues and improvement opportunities and drive them to resolution.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and hands-on coaching.
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Support the full feature lifecycle, including production support and incident resolution.
- Engage with generative tools and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of engineering experience, including at least three years building native iOS applications with Swift.
- Strong understanding of iOS architecture, including CoreData, SwiftUI, UIKit, and MVC/MVVM design patterns.
- Working knowledge of multithreading, concurrent programming, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Track record of shipping complex, high-quality software products.
- Experience contributing to or leading medium-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration, self-direction, and sound judgment.
- Product mindset and/or mobile automation experience is a preferred qualification.
