Responsibilities
- Participate in an 18-month trainee program within SIXT’s Digital Experience Software Development department.
- Work across booking and post-booking processes, customer data, mobile check-in, digital products, and platform topics.
- Participate in international company projects.
- Complete technical and soft-skills training and build a cross-functional network with leaders and departments.
- Follow an individual development plan with support from a dedicated mentor.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, ideally in Software Development.
- Strong coding skills and willingness to learn new tools, with initial experience with agentic coding considered beneficial.
- Ability to understand and explain complex topics, strong numerical aptitude, and precise working habits.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German and other languages are a plus.
