Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack product features from concept through production.
- Build and enhance AI features, including data pipelines and model integrations.
- Plan, design, and launch new product capabilities collaboratively.
- Integrate AI tooling into internal workflows and help make them AI-native.
- Help scale architectures that support intelligent customer support agents.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in backend or AI engineering; strong new-grad candidates are welcome.
- A proven track record of shipping backend systems or AI features to production.
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI models and applying prompt engineering.
- Experience designing end-to-end architectures and building AI-powered data or model pipelines.
- Proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or Firestore on GCP.
- Experience deploying and operating applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Active use of AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, with concrete ideas for improving AI coding agent setups.
- Personal hobby projects involving LLMs or related AI topics.
- Experience in enterprise software, customer support tooling, or AI SaaS is a strong plus.
