Responsibilities
- Own full product features from ambiguous problem definition through production-quality implementation and iteration.
- Work across frontend, backend systems, LLM pipelines, and data.
- Design intuitive UX for complex, data-rich workflows.
- Engage directly with customers and translate conversations into product decisions.
- Use coding agents and MCP tooling as part of daily AI-native development workflows.
Requirements
- Roughly 2 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience, including early-stage startup or founding experience.
- Proven experience shipping production SaaS features and taking products from 0 to 1.
- Strong full-stack ownership and the ability to independently drive ambiguous problems through design, implementation, and iteration.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows in products and personal development practice.
- Clear, direct English communication skills and confidence engaging customers.
- Experience with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, or ClickHouse is a plus.
- Experience in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is a bonus.
- Based in Munich or genuinely ready to relocate.
Benefits
- Base salary of EUR 85,000 to 120,000 per year plus equity participation through VSOP.
