Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and design of AI systems.
- Collaborate across the full stack to deliver complex product features.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data.
- Deploy and manage software in cloud environments.
- Improve backend scalability, stability, and performance.
- Develop reusable components and well-structured API layers.
- Write clean, maintainable code supported by sensible testing strategies.
- Document architecture and design decisions while maintaining high code quality standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications with Next.js and React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
- Strong experience with TypeScript for frontend development.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs for production web applications.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Experience with ML/NLP technologies including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, with production deployment experience.
- Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments.
- A product-minded approach and a track record of shipping complex web applications.
- Ability to own architecture and design decisions with clear documentation and high code quality standards.
