Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the agent core, including planning, execution, and self-healing loops that convert natural-language integration descriptions into production data movement.
- Own connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, web application, SDK, and MCP server end to end.
- Identify and ship high-leverage engineering work independently.
- Build reliable infrastructure operating against production ERP and financial systems.
- Participate in customer calls and technical implementations related to the work.
- Establish engineering patterns and raise the technical bar for future teammates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency and demonstrated experience building full-stack applications end to end.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language: Python, Go, or C.
- Experience integrating with or implementing enterprise systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical judgment regarding reliability, scalability, and failure modes in critical infrastructure.
- Comfort working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Experience building or meaningfully contributing to open source projects.
- Background in data migration, ETL, or system integration is preferred.
- Strong computer science fundamentals demonstrated through a technical university background, competitive programming, or strong internship experience.
- Prior early-stage or high-growth startup experience is preferred.
- Clear and direct communication skills.
Benefits
- Salary range of €90,000–€150,000 per year.
- On-site work in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
