Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features for enterprise customers.
- Design and implement data pipelines that convert and aggregate large volumes of video and unstructured data into a data lake.
- Integrate LLM and VLM pipelines into production workflows, including fine-tuning and deployment.
- Develop full-stack components using Python and FastAPI.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Build scalable integrations supporting land-and-expand customer strategies.
- Contribute directly to product direction, technical infrastructure, and early-stage technical decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Hands-on experience building production-ready FastAPI APIs in scalable systems.
- Experience integrating, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and/or VLMs in production pipelines.
- Strong Python proficiency in production environments.
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines for large volumes of unstructured video data, including video processing and analytics workflows.
- Prior early-stage startup experience with direct involvement in product and technical decisions.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve process challenges.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in small, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data lake architecture and scalable API design for customer integrations is a bonus.
