Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents using large language models, tool-use frameworks, and SAP Business AI capabilities.
- Validate AI agent use cases through proof-of-concepts and measure task completion accuracy, latency, cost, and safety guardrails.
- Deploy models into scalable production APIs on SAP’s Business Technology platform and embed them into business processes.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and trends in alignment with SAP’s strategy.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, and production release.
Requirements
- Be an active university student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have hands-on experience with Python, Java or JavaScript, and React.js.
- Have knowledge of AI industry trends, prompt engineering, data pipelines, and coding standards for LLM application development.
- Be familiar with interoperability protocols such as MCP or A2A.
- Experience with an agent orchestration framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, tool use, ReAct loops, planning, memory management, multi-step task orchestration, and agile development tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrate English communication skills, independent problem-solving ability, teamwork, and interest in coding and innovation.
