Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack software features across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services for production business applications.
- Build React and TypeScript user interfaces aligned with shared platform and design standards.
- Design relational database models, schema migrations, and API integrations.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions, technical implementation, and delivery planning.
- Support code quality, maintainability, operational reliability, and repeatable delivery practices.
- Work with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern full-stack development practices.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript frontend development.
- Solid understanding of relational database design and PostgreSQL development.
- Experience with Docker-based containerization and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar systems, codebases, and architectural patterns quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes financial systems, operational platforms, enterprise applications, distributed or offshore development teams, internal tools, workflow automation, and enterprise application modernization.
