Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned problem statements and drive them to completion.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while improving existing systems.
- Accurately estimate timelines for features and tasks.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing components and improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating clearly on progress and blockers.
- Seek and apply feedback from peers and managers to improve code quality.
- Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Take ownership of personal development goals.
- Demonstrate accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front end software development experience.
- Strong technical expertise in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS, including deploying and monitoring production workloads.
- Marketplace product experience is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills to set technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with diverse stakeholders.
