Base Salary
$119k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead by example through hands-on coding and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide engineers on the team to enhance their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and establish good coding practices.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace products is preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, React, and AWS.
- Proficient in SQL, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent debugging, execution, and communication skills.
- Understanding of unit and integration testing.
