Base Salary
$166k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own fielded system reliability and ensure uptime of deployed imaging systems.
- Act as the first and second line of response for support escalations.
- Build and maintain runbooks and self-service tooling to reduce repeat issues.
- Document and hand off genuine software defects to engineering teams.
- Provide feedback from field experiences to improve system supportability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production support of deployed systems.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills in networking.
- Ability to diagnose issues across system boundaries without full visibility.
- Comfortable with structured on-call rotations, including after-hours coverage.
- Strong communication skills for remote troubleshooting and documentation.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
