Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using autonomous planning and tool-use.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and production pipelines using Python.
- Develop new tools and plugins across the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and analyze complex technical data.
- Develop and document new tradecraft.
- Execute customer requests and perform strategic customer outreach.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- 12 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
- Deep experience using LLMs, including prompt engineering and model optimization.
- Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.
- Strong Python experience and data parsing/manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of networking and protocols, open-source research, and end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations is preferred.
