Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple application environments.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control practices.
- Orchestrate application, metadata, and data deployments while maintaining release quality and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates and Terraform.
- Integrate security, code-quality, monitoring, and compliance tools into pipelines.
- Troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues and optimize performance across environments.
- Ensure adherence to DevSecOps standards, governance controls, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards.
- Document processes and provide knowledge sharing and technical guidance to team members.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud engineering roles.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control systems and branching strategies.
- Experience orchestrating application, metadata, and data deployments across environments.
- Strong proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline configuration and automation.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM Templates and Terraform.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing security controls, governance requirements, and compliance standards within DevOps processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications, advanced DevSecOps experience, vulnerability management and automated security scanning experience, cloud-native monitoring and observability experience, enterprise cloud transformation experience, AI-powered development and operations tools familiarity, and experience in highly regulated industries.
