Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across application environments.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control practices.
- Orchestrate application, metadata, and data deployments across environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates and Terraform.
- Integrate pipelines with security, code quality, monitoring, and compliance tools.
- Troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues and optimize performance.
- Ensure adherence to DevSecOps standards, governance controls, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards.
- Document processes and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Experience orchestrating application, metadata, and data deployments.
- Strong proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline configuration and automation.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, ARM Templates, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing security controls, governance requirements, and compliance standards within DevOps processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, advanced DevSecOps and vulnerability-management experience, automated security scanning, cloud monitoring and observability experience, large-scale cloud transformation experience, AI-powered development and operations tools experience, and experience in regulated industries.
