Responsibilities
- Integrate embedded software components, middleware, and applications from multiple development teams.
- Generate firmware builds, package releases, maintain software baselines, and support configuration control.
- Analyze and resolve integration, build, and deployment issues.
- Coordinate with software, hardware, validation, and systems engineering teams.
- Validate software integration on target hardware platforms.
- Develop Python automation tools for firmware builds, releases, flashing, deployment, log collection, parsing, and analysis.
- Create dashboards and reports for release tracking and quality metrics.
- Develop utilities for regression testing and validation workflows and support CI/CD pipeline integration and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++ and Python scripting.
- Understanding of embedded software architecture, microcontrollers, and embedded platforms.
- Experience with software integration, troubleshooting, build management, release coordination, and configuration management.
- Experience developing engineering productivity tools and automating log analysis, test execution, report generation, and release packaging.
