Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including source connectors, provisioning workflows, and access certification campaigns.
- Own and prioritise the SailPoint/IGA backlog and identity platform roadmap, setting technical direction based on business risk, compliance deadlines, and stakeholder demand.
- Lead Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation and integrations between Oracle HCM, SailPoint, Active Directory/Entra ID, SaaS applications, and on-premises systems.
- Define and govern Segregation of Duties policies, role models, access certifications, entitlement catalogues, and role-mining initiatives.
- Author and review SailPoint rules, workflows, Beanshell/Java scripts, and Python automation.
- Oversee platform health, identity lifecycle operations, provisioning and deprovisioning issue resolution, audit trail integrity, and escalated support issues.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, roadmap reviews, stakeholder communications, audit remediation, and compliance activities.
- Mentor IAM engineers, develop team capabilities, improve processes and documentation, and influence senior IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ, with a strong background in IAM/IGA engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading IGA engineering teams and providing senior technical direction.
- Strong knowledge of Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle management, access certification, Segregation of Duties, role-based access control, and access governance frameworks.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, SaaS applications, and on-premises applications through SCIM and REST.
- Proficiency in Beanshell/Java scripting for SailPoint rules and Python for automation and API integration.
- Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, and SCIM identity standards.
- Experience with compliance mapping such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
- Experience writing user stories, managing a backlog, and working with product or agile teams, with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Preferred SailPoint ISC Engineer or Architect certification.
- Experience with Saviynt, Omada, or One Identity; familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, Zero Trust principles, and NIST SP 800-53 AC/IA control families.
