Responsibilities
- Analyze and collaborate on resolutions for moderate-complexity equipment software application and system issues.
- Investigate customer high-value problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
- Provide customer software support through the Software Ticketing system.
- Deliver timely updates and reports to stakeholders on key customer software issues.
- Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
- Develop customer-focused documentation for external software features.
- Contribute to software specification, design, testing, and documentation reviews.
- Assist with training junior engineers and explaining detailed product operation.

- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and broadens capabilities.
- Understands key business drivers and applies that understanding to assigned work.
- Solves straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
