Base Salary
$115k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments for optimal performance and security.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions based on business needs.
- Utilize modern SharePoint features like Power Automate and SPFx for customized solutions.
- Plan and execute migrations from legacy SharePoint platforms to SharePoint Online.
- Use migration tools to ensure efficient and secure content migration.
- Validate and troubleshoot migration outcomes, resolving data integrity issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to refine SharePoint solution requirements.
- Provide consultative advice on SharePoint architecture and governance best practices.
- Develop and enforce governance models for content management and site usage.
- Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions and workflows.
- Perform ongoing support, patching, and upgrades within the SharePoint Online environment.
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with SAIC and OCC teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of IT experience or equivalent.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and configuration.
- Proven experience with SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate.
- Proficiency in Power Platform and SharePoint Framework.
- Strong understanding of Office 365 integrations including Teams and OneDrive.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer service mindset focused on end-user satisfaction.
