Responsibilities
- Support technical sales conversations with customers and partners.
- Run demos and build proof-of-concepts to showcase the Search API.
- Assist customers in moving from initial API calls to full integrations.
- Create and maintain technical guides and onboarding materials.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer insights.
- Enhance the developer experience by improving documentation and onboarding.
- Support integrations with popular AI development tools.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing for product launches.
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales with prospects and technical buyers.
- Hands-on ability to read and write basic Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of AI, search technologies, and relevant APIs.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language.
- Strong internal follow-through to relay customer feedback effectively.
