Base Salary

$160k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer onboarding and implementation in partnership with Fiddler Delivery Managers.
  • Guide data science and ML engineering teams through AI observability adoption and value realization.
  • Lead technical engagements, status meetings, roadmap discussions, QBRs, and escalations.
  • Develop expertise in AI observability, model transparency, performance monitoring, compliance, and governance.
  • Write custom integration code connecting Fiddler with customer data, workflow, and ML ecosystems.
  • Build reusable integration patterns to accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities involving observability use cases, integrations, and model governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with an AI/ML focus, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production.
  • Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
  • Preferred experience with data science, model interpretability, and explainability techniques.
  • Preferred knowledge of data and workflow tools including Hadoop, MongoDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, Airflow, MLflow, Luigi, Kubeflow, or Argo.
  • Preferred experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Preferred proficiency with Kubernetes and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with ML/DS lifecycle activities, including feature generation, training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, batch scoring, and real-time REST API scoring.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems.
