Responsibilities
- Drive successful onboarding experiences by aligning customer goals with Fiddler’s capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with data science and ML engineering teams to guide them through their AI observability journey.
- Lead ongoing technical engagements and ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.
- Master Fiddler’s platform to help customers operationalize observability best practices.
- Write custom integration code to connect Fiddler to customer data ecosystems.
- Build and refine integration patterns to reduce time-to-value for new customers.
- Identify new ways Fiddler can provide impact to drive renewals and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5-7+ years of experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to distill complex concepts for various audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple customer engagements.
- Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and a deep sense of ownership for delivering value.
- Passion for continuous learning and inspiring customers through thought leadership.
