Senior SailPoint ISC Engineer - (Remote in the US)

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SailPoint ISC implementation projects, including configuration of identity sources, access profiles, roles, policies, and workflows.
- Translate client business and compliance requirements into scalable identity governance and administration solutions.
- Design and build integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise systems using connectors and APIs.
- Develop access certifications, access request workflows, separation-of-duties policies, and lifecycle events.
- Configure workflows and JavaScript-based rules using SailPoint tools, REST APIs, and SCIM APIs.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Provide architecture guidance and best practices for identity governance, RBAC, and access certifications.
- Troubleshoot implementation and post-go-live technical issues and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Mentor junior consultants and engineers and manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as scoping, effort estimation, and technical demonstrations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud solutions.
- Professional services, consulting, or systems integrator experience delivering solutions directly to external clients.
- Strong understanding of provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, separation of duties, RBAC, lifecycle management, and access requests.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and databases.
- Proficiency with SailPoint’s workflow engine, JavaScript-based provisioning rules, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and LDAP identity protocols and standards.
- Strong client-facing communication, workshop leadership, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification is highly preferred.
- IdentityIQ experience, including IIQ-to-ISC migration projects, is preferred.
- Python, PowerShell, or Java scripting/programming experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud identity services is preferred.
- Experience with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS frameworks is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
