Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and deploy responsible AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage teams, and make decisions for the team.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions across the organization.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI practices and skills.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement AI governance models and analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is required, including at least five years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, and Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing AI governance models.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools and techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
