Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and implementation of responsible AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage and guide the team, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives that integrate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
- Promote awareness and training on responsible AI practices throughout the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Support AI governance, transparency, accountability, and risk management initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, and Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and artificial intelligence regulatory compliance.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions focused on transparency and accountability.
- Familiarity with AI governance models and risk management strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
