Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box modules and custom scoped applications.
- Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow designs, migration steps, and implementations.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer, notifications, and other platform features.
- Support legacy application migration to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- Manage solution design, development, testing, go-live support, and resolution of post-production deficiencies.
- Define data requirements with technical subject matter experts and help establish sustainment governance and operational transition processes.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow design patterns and best practices and provide effective guidance to project resources.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow design patterns, best practices, architecture, data model, core concepts, and ACLs.
- Prior participation in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and production promotion.
- Proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XM.
- Strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and results-oriented skills.
