Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development and implementation of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters and train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Optimize model performance and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze model performance and contribute to key technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor the team, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional model-development efforts with organizational objectives and client requirements.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning is required.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and training models on unlabeled text data.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and Amazon Web Services is preferred.
