Responsibilities
- Promote infrastructure automation and infrastructure construction and operations.
- Drive infrastructure-related projects with internal departments, external vendors, and partners.
- Build and support system platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build, operate, maintain, and enhance CI/CD platforms.
- Operate and maintain relational databases.
- Manage production services to improve system reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operations.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and HTTP sufficient to discuss their meaning.
- Communication skills sufficient to negotiate with internal teams and user departments.
- Experience operating PCI DSS-compliant systems is preferred.
- Experience implementing and operating public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
- Team leadership experience managing 5–10 members or other team leader management experience is preferred.
- Japanese fluency and beginner-level English are stated language qualifications.
