Base Salary
$149k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality software solutions.
- Work directly with risk managers to enhance automated risk management platforms.
- Participate in technical discussions and design solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in their development.
- Write simple, extendable, and well-tested code.
- Track and mitigate security risks in a timely manner.
- Estimate tasks accurately and deliver them on time.
- Engage in code reviews and team planning activities.
- Provide on-call support as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in C# and modern OOP languages.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with GitOps patterns and relational databases.
- Experience with unit testing and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to document code and designs clearly.
