Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions on Azure.
- Build GenAI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related Azure services.
- Develop RAG solutions, AI assistants, AI agents, knowledge retrieval systems, intelligent business applications, prompt workflows, and multi-step agent reasoning.
- Implement tool integrations, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop capabilities, responsible AI controls, and guardrails.
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native services.
- Deploy, configure, and support solutions across Azure environments, including production release validation and operational readiness.
- Develop application configurations, infrastructure, and deployment assets, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, performance optimization, monitoring, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Participate in code and design reviews, Agile planning, sprint execution, estimation, technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to technical leadership across global delivery teams.
Requirements
- Require 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, analytics, AI, data engineering, or application development.
- Require at least 2 years of experience developing and delivering cloud-native applications and services, with hands-on Azure experience.
- Require experience delivering enterprise solutions using modern software development practices and working in Agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Require hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, and API Management.
- Require production GenAI delivery experience, including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, AI orchestration, responsible AI controls, and guardrails.
- Require strong Python development skills and experience building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Require understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns, plus experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Require familiarity with front-end application development and modern application frameworks.
- Require experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, test automation, monitoring and observability, production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Require a BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Require strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
- Prefer or require experience supporting global onshore/offshore delivery models and a passion for emerging Analytics, AI, and GenAI technologies.
