Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software for the Clio product suite.
  • Contribute to technical scoping and planning for upcoming development work.
  • Implement new features and deliver software solutions for customer-impacting issues.
  • Participate in code reviews by submitting work for feedback and reviewing colleagues’ contributions.
  • Communicate project progress, address impediments, and collaborate with the broader development organization.
  • Participate in team and company-wide initiatives and contribute to strategic engineering discussions.
  • Coordinate product support through a rotational assignment.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and exchange feedback.

Requirements

  • Be a third- or fourth-year Computer Science or Engineering student who has completed second-year coursework.
  • Have strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, programming languages, and SQL.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a rational and critical thinker who seeks solutions to problems.
  • Have an interest in improving software development skills through AI.
  • Applicants should be available for the full 8-month co-op period from January 2027 through the end of August 2027.
