Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and review functional and technical requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Configure, tune, test, and support the Charles River Investment Management Solution after go-live.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces using Java, C#, XML, ETL, and messaging technologies.
- Troubleshoot application issues and determine optimal technical solutions with support and product teams.
- Lead and manage multiple technical initiatives and implementation or support tasks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, team members, and customer staff.
- Serve as a technical expert on implementation and supporting projects.
- Travel to client sites as assignments require.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on financial-industry experience with a consultancy or software vendor.
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the financial or software services industry is preferred or required in the education and preferred qualifications section.
- Experience with Java and C# programming.
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux environments, ETL tools such as Kettle and Talend, source-code management, XML/XSLT, ERDs, Tomcat, N-tier architectures, SOAP/XML messaging, and relational databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with Perl.
- Experience gathering requirements, delivering methodology-based solutions, managing customer expectations, troubleshooting, and supporting financial-sector clients.
- Preferred experience in financial services, consulting, OMS implementation, ETL-based system integration, Azure, and Snowflake.
- BA/BS degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, organization, multitasking, and independent-working abilities.
- Ability to travel to client sites throughout the United States and Canada.
