Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers after contract close.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to define success plans and implementation milestones.
- Help customers integrate OpenRouter into their applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot API, SDK, and deployment issues.
- Create implementation guides and reusable playbooks for common customer patterns.
- Recommend model and routing strategies based on customer needs.
- Analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for adoption and optimization.
- Build strong technical relationships with customer developers and engineering leaders.
- Run technical working sessions and developer enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug production-quality code.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and production AI application patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
