Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding for new customers after contract close.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to define success plans and implementation milestones.
  • Help customers integrate OpenRouter into their applications and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot API, SDK, and deployment issues.
  • Create implementation guides and reusable playbooks for common customer patterns.
  • Recommend model and routing strategies based on customer needs.
  • Analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for adoption and optimization.
  • Build strong technical relationships with customer developers and engineering leaders.
  • Run technical working sessions and developer enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug production-quality code.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and production AI application patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
