Responsibilities

  • Design and build agentic systems that automate Core OS software-bug and feature triage at scale.
  • Develop reliable infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, agent orchestration, and build and integration workflows.
  • Implement RAG architectures, embedding generation, vector-database workflows, and AI data preparation for agentic systems.
  • Create evaluation and feedback loops using benchmarks, drift detection, and confidence scoring to improve agent quality.
  • Partner with Software, Hardware, Silicon, and project-management teams to translate triage requirements into resilient systems.
  • Support large-scale telemetry or observability workflows and investigate crashes, root causes, kernels, or operating-system behavior as applicable.

Requirements

  • Programming experience in Python.
  • At least 5 years of experience building scalable data platforms and distributed systems.
  • Experience with LLM and agent development.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding generation, vector databases, and AI data preparation for agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with agent-evaluation frameworks, offline benchmarks, drift detection, and confidence scoring.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary software-engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: master's degree, at least 1 year developing production-grade agentic systems, large-scale telemetry or observability experience, experience shipping tools adopted by other engineering teams, and kernel or OS-level debugging, crash analysis, or root-cause investigation experience.
