Senior Specialist, Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Program well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
- Design and develop tests and test-automation suites, including integrating software components into functional systems.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions.
- Maintain software functionality and currency, including addressing technical debt.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, daily stand-ups, and other team activities.
- Apply security and privacy principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team’s development work.
- Promote engineering best practices, rapid iterations, frequent releases, learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely program-level delivery across systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of full stack technical experience is required.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST development, microservices, and event-driven architecture implementation.
- At least 3 years of experience with frontend technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in AI coding and experience developing test automation with Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development is preferred.
- Knowledge of relational database management systems is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprint or Kanban approaches.
- Strong technical and communication skills are required.
- Financial services or fintech experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge and experience with Git and CI/CD.
