Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectural patterns.
- Build and support APIs and microservices with strong availability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop data access layers using JPA/Hibernate and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Create and enhance user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and support automated delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, technical best practices, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design decisions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience developing enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and front-end integration.
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, or other messaging platforms in event-driven environments.
- Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, testing, debugging, and application performance optimization.
- Preferred experience with Camunda, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, distributed systems, cloud-native development, automated testing strategies, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
