Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs using architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and guide adherence to engineering best practices and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance, security, and software reliability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, and customers.
- Review, prioritize, size, and incrementally deliver tasks while communicating blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience.
- Experience with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues, meet product goals, and mentor junior engineers.
- Thorough understanding of the team’s domain, objectives, deliverables, business strategy, and technical strategy.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills.
