Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architecture solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide solution designs for client RFPs and ensure design assurance and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Define current-state and target-state solutions, integration approaches, investment roadmaps, and reusable architectural patterns.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, documentation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities.
- Enable delivery teams with frameworks, automation recommendations, technical guidance, and issue resolution support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, program, IT, product, and client teams to reconcile requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients, support presales activities, negotiate requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for new growth areas.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, engagement, diversity, and career progression.
Requirements
- Experience developing architectural solutions and providing technical leadership for custom enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze technology environments, client requirements, business processes, and enterprise specifics to create solution architectures.
- Ability to document architectural designs, evaluate technology and cost considerations, identify risks, and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong client engagement, presentation, collaboration, negotiation, and trusted-advisor capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, report assignment status, and follow project management and architecture standards.
- Ability to develop proofs of concept, reusable frameworks, thought leadership materials, and technical recommendations.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and manage team talent, performance, onboarding, and engagement.
- Relevant training and certifications are expected as part of the role.
