Responsibilities

Understand business stakeholder goals, challenges, and constraints.
Translate business and functional requirements into end-to-end technical solution designs and architecture schemas.
Refine solution designs with application specialists into concrete, plannable work.
Make vendor-agnostic architecture decisions in the client’s best interest.
Evaluate build-versus-buy options and select appropriate platforms or systems.
Document architecture decisions while balancing scalability, security, performance, and cost.
Design API-driven integration approaches across applications, services, and third-party systems.
Safeguard non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Explain complex technical topics to business and C-level stakeholders.
Identify technical risks and dependencies and propose pragmatic mitigations.

7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or architecture.
A strong track record in a solution architect or technical architect role.
Broad familiarity with CRM, ERP, data platforms, cloud providers, and integration.
Strong command of integration patterns and API-driven architecture.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and application specialists to create plannable solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and align teams.
Familiarity with Scrum and agile environments.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
French is a plus.
