Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and document solution, application, and integration architectures for web and mobile products.
- Create C4-style architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Define and maintain non-functional requirements and architectural standards.
- Shape the use of cloud, data, MarTech, and AI-powered capabilities to improve customer experience.
- Use AI tools for analysis, documentation, and coding support.
- Support proposals and client pitches with clear technical solution narratives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer owning end-to-end solutions for digital products.
- Experience in digital agencies, technology consultancies, or product-driven environments with cross-functional, client-facing teams.
- Strong communication, structured thinking, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with modern web, mobile, cloud, integration, and MarTech stacks.
- Interest in AI in products and a curious, hands-on, pragmatic approach.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and give and receive feedback respectfully.
