Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities with business leaders and define the technical vision and agent product roadmap for a strategic domain.
- Design and build production-grade AI systems while driving architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability decisions.
- Work with end users to accelerate AI adoption and measure business outcomes.
- Establish best practices for evaluation, testing, guardrails, and observability.
- Review designs, mentor AI engineers and agent builders, and develop reusable components and organizational AI expertise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI.
- Strong experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, evaluation, and production systems.
- Ability to influence product and business decisions.
- Proven leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
Benefits
- Permanent CDI position based in Paris or Bordeaux.
- Four days onsite per week.
- Annual gross salary package of €90,000–€100,000.
