Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise observability solutions using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and related monitoring platforms.
- Establish performance baselines, SLIs/SLOs, and monitoring standards to improve application availability and user experience.
- Analyze application and infrastructure telemetry to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis and provide architectural recommendations to prevent recurring incidents.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve alerting, runbooks, incident management processes, and platform resilience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on enterprise experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and SRE best practices.
- Experience supporting cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with New Relic, enterprise observability strategies, reliability frameworks, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, automation, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud certifications.
