Base Salary
$55k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT systems that support business operations and minimize downtime.
- Automate processes and develop automation solutions to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Monitor systems, conduct performance and load testing, and resolve incidents and complex system issues.
- Use AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure to optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain storage architecture supporting data integrity and accessibility.
- Lead incident management and resolution efforts and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with teams, build client connections, and mentor or inspire team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Preferred fields of study include artificial intelligence/robotics, business administration/management, computer science/information systems, engineering, and mathematics/statistics.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, analytical thinking, problem-solving, automation framework development, application performance monitoring, and incident management skills are preferred.
