Base Salary
$125k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Extract data from databases and write scripts to parse, clean, combine, and process it.
- Communicate with APIs through REST and SOAP interfaces.
- Configure enterprise applications for large customers.
- Develop tools to assist with debugging existing products.
- Build and maintain high-performance integrations with airline, hotel, and rental-car provider APIs.
- Own software designs from initial concept through deployment while maintaining code quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural steering to keep the K4B project modular and reusable.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience with Java programming.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting, Spring, MyBatis, DOM, XPath, jQuery, CSS, REST, web services, and SOAP.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with B2B systems or identity and HR integrations such as SCIM, SAML/OAuth, SSO, user provisioning and deprovisioning, Workday, Okta, or Active Directory is beneficial.
- Prior travel-domain experience and machine learning experience are beneficial.
