Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build production software, internal tools, demos, and prototypes using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and emerging AI coding tools.
- Create videos, posts, threads, and playbooks documenting software builds, tools, and workflows.
- Translate frontier AI capabilities into practical guidance for operators, founders, and enterprise leaders.
- Lead customer hackathons, leadership enablement sessions, and function-specific AI workshops.
- Evaluate new AI models, tools, and workflows and develop informed opinions about their practical use.
- Manage the recurring build-to-content-to-workshop operating rhythm.
- Produce and edit content end-to-end while coordinating builds, shoots, and workshops.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software-building experience with real shipping experience using AI coding tools.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or equivalent tools to build software for production or real users.
- A strong portfolio of teaching content, such as videos, posts, playbooks, or threads.
- Ability to explain technical material to non-technical operators and lead workshops or hackathons.
- Strong understanding of current AI tools, models, and workflows, with practical experience producing real output.
- Ability to identify compelling stories and workflows from software builds and ship polished content.
- Operational discipline to manage builds, content production, and workshops in parallel.
- Ability to produce and edit content independently from start to finish.
- Experience spanning engineering and content for a creator, founder, or technical brand serving AI-native operators and enterprises is a bonus.
- Exceptional judgment, taste, ownership, and willingness to work across software development, content, and customer education.
