Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise AI security guardrails, governance standards, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
  • Evaluate AI applications, agents, and autonomous workflows against security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
  • Conduct AI red team assessments, penetration testing, threat modeling, adversarial simulations, and vulnerability analysis.
  • Assess risks involving prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, tool manipulation, excessive agency, data poisoning, and model abuse.
  • Define secure deployment patterns, logging, monitoring, detection, remediation recommendations, and compensating controls for AI systems.
  • Build Python-based automation, APIs, integrations, orchestration frameworks, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for AI security workflows.
  • Integrate AI security controls, security validation, compliance verification, and regression testing into DevSecOps and secure software development processes.
  • Deliver client engagements, contribute to AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities and thought leadership, and mentor teams on responsible AI security.

Requirements

  • BE, BTech, MTech, MSc, or MCA degree.
  • 4–8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML or security automation initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programs.
  • Experience with application security, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, penetration testing, red teaming, security architecture reviews, cloud security, identity and access management, threat detection, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
  • Preferred certifications include CEH, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS ML, or Azure ML certifications.
