Responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and develop internal Teamcenter solutions while maintaining implementation stability.
- Define, document, and manage end-to-end integrations between Teamcenter, SAP, MES, Polarion, and other connected systems.
- Collaborate with process owners, solution engineers, SMEs, and IT stakeholders on solution scope, interfaces, risks, and constraints.
- Ensure solutions follow PLM principles, governance rules, best practices, and regulated-industry compliance expectations.
- Implement approved Teamcenter solution components with maintainability and traceability.
- Evaluate system behavior and complex technical or process information to drive workflow and usability improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and clarify ownership throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Train team members, SMEs, and users on new or updated PLM functionality.
- Contribute to the PLM solution architecture, roadmap, vision, and scalable end-to-end Teamcenter quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of end-to-end experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect, including solution design, configuration, integration understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across process owners, SMEs, solution engineers, and IT counterparts.
- Advanced solution-design and process-modeling skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of PLM processes across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations.
- Ability to plan and manage solution work packages within release trains and understand release, dependency, and validation processes.
- Experience in regulated industries, including compliance, traceability, and documentation requirements.
- Experience with agile methodologies; certification is a plus.
- German language skills are preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, self-management, and problem-solving abilities.
