Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architecture solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide solution architecture for client RFPs and ensure design assurance, architecture governance, and alignment with enterprise principles.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, integration, prototyping, documentation, and transition activities.
- Identify architectural, technical, process, and structural risks; perform root cause analysis and create mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams through reusable frameworks, automation recommendations, quality assurance, technical guidance, and support metrics.
- Collaborate with clients, executives, sales, consulting, project, product, and delivery teams to present solutions and satisfy requirements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during client engagements and presales activities.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities, interviews, thought leadership, and market recognition.
- Hire, onboard, develop, evaluate, engage, and retain team members while managing team capacity and career progression.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create enterprise-wide architecture and technical solution designs for complex client requirements.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across solution design, development, implementation, integration, and delivery assurance.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, tradeoffs, investment roadmaps, and solution principles to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects, tracking assignments, identifying risks, and adhering to project management standards.
- Ability to build relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and delivery teams.
- Ability to develop proof of concepts, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view on solution architecture.
- Ability to mentor technical professionals and manage team resourcing, performance, engagement, and career development.
- Completion of required training and certifications and contribution to architecture practice selection interviews.
