Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, application stacks, and operating procedures.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks, reusable libraries, automated testing tools, and software validation processes.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Develop technical specifications, automation programs, backend/database solutions, and efficient code aligned with Wipro standards.
- Track test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, deployment risks, and automation performance metrics.
- Collaborate with development teams, Agile delivery teams, business subject matter experts, testers, clients, and project management.
- Support acceptance criteria, test automation backlogs, continuous deployment practices, system troubleshooting, and project documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory Python full-stack experience.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to develop test cases and automation for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, resolve problems, document solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
