Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize high-performance applications using C++.
- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using software development best practices.
- Work with STL containers and other data structures.
- Develop and enhance backend services and system components.
- Integrate and consume REST APIs and process JSON data.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and solution design.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams through the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience; the title indicates a 4-to-6-year experience range.
- Strong expertise in modern C++, data structures, system design, and Linux-based development environments.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage assigned tasks over a medium-term horizon, and solve a range of problems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and make decisions based on situational understanding.
